Use the request flow for a vendor match, product help, route guidance, or future concierge routing. Live scheduling is intentionally out of scope for v1.

Requests go to the admin queue for manual follow-up.

How requests work

1. Members submit a request with launch city, timing, and whether the need is dog, bike, or both.

2. Admin reviews the request and matches it to an approved vendor, route, place, or future concierge workflow.

3. Paid members will later receive priority routing and deeper support.
